TOURISM AND DISABILITY LABEL
The aeroscopia museum has been labeled Tourism & Handicap for the 4 types of impairments: cognitive/psychic, auditory, motor and visual since April 18, 2016. The museum has associated people with disabilities with the cultural mediation project to best adapt the services offered.
Access is priority and without waiting at the museum's access tripods for people with disabilities and their companions. Guide-lecturers, reception and security agents are trained to welcome, inform visitors and provide them with more comfort when moving around the museum spaces. Inside the museum, an SSIAP agent is specially responsible for welcoming people with disabilities.

Five parking spaces are reserved in the parking lot located at allée André Turcat, 200 m from the museum entrance.

Access and a drop-off 30 m from the museum entrance are also possible via rue Béteille.

A vigilance strip provides access to the museum from the parking lot.

The adapted reception desk is located near the entrance to the museum.

The reception area has adapted tables and coffee machines.

The museum shop is accessible to all and has a cash register adapted for the disabled and a magnetic induction loop for the hearing impaired. The Boutique offers a range of products in Braille for the blind.
The restaurant is accessible to all. We offer you a map in large characters . A personalized welcome is reserved for you. A dedicated space is offered to the visually impaired.

The Airbus A380 is accessible via an elevator that serves both decks. The tour of the aircraft begins on the upper deck (2nd floor). It is necessary to return to the elevator to access the main deck located on the first floor. Braille translation and large print booklet are available at reception.

The museum is accessible to people in wheelchairs:

In order to make the Concorde in every detail accessible, an interior view booklet reveals the secrets of the cabin. It is available on request at reception.

2 Rod seats, 1 walker and 1 wheelchair are available (in exchange for ID) at the reception.

Visitors move at their own pace in the museum. An "easy aeroscopia" booklet is available at reception.
The narrated tours of the museum are also accessible to people with mental disabilities.
A tour adapted for groups is offered on request depending on the group profile by reservation throughout the year.
Guided tours: guided by a mediator, groups of visitors can discover the museum all year round by reservation.

Guided tours adapted to visitors with hearing disabilities are offered to groups and individual visitors.

The reception area and the shop are equipped with magnetic loops.
An LSF videoguiding application is available to discover the collection through technical, anecdotal and surprising information that enriches the presentation cartels. The application is available via the rental of a video guide on site at a rate of € 3 in addition to your entrance ticket (subject to availability of equipment)
A magnetic induction collar is available on request at the reception (proof of identity is required).

An individual, autonomous, simple and effective solution for hearing impaired people!
The stick accompanies you during your visit to the museum. It compensates for the hearing loss. For the hearing impaired equipped with the T position, a magnetic induction loop is available on request at the reception.
In the museum or on a guided tour, simply point the stick towards the audio source of the screens or towards the guide-mediator and adjust the sound level with the wheel.
